Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller as an Assistant Management Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the finance team's operations. From financial analysis to reporting, your contributions will be essential to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting variance analysis to identify trends
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives
• Undertaking ad-hoc financial projects as required

Profile

The successful candidate will;

• Have held a similar role in the past ideally working for a logistics business
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Be able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations

Job Offer

£30,000-£35,000 per annum equivalent + study support + free on site parking + 25 days holidays plus banks + excellent staff benefits.
