This is an accelerated position that puts you on the fast track to become a Senior Underwriter
This position requires full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide elite service to internal and external clients
Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
Collect, review and examine an applicant's financial history and records
Perform risk assessment reports
Analyze clients financial statements and identify effective alternatives to their application
Make loan approval decisions
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
Communicate with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelor's degree graduating May 2024 (_or within last 9 months_)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Complex rationale and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and be coached
Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
