We are on the lookout for a dynamic, proven and experienced Clinical Negligence Claims Manager?to join our Claims Handling team in the Member, Cases and Claims division. Our Claims Managers proactively manage an active claims portfolio, maximising their strategic thinking whilst managing files efficiently to the highest standards, to achieve positive member and business outcomes.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, your success is dependent on how you build trusting relationships with those around you. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Claims Assistants, Claims Managers and Technical Consultants and cross collaborate with other departments of the business. In addition, relationships are built and maintained with Panel ensuring our third parties also meet expectations in their service delivery and claims performance Therefore, the ability to collaborate effectively is crucial. Key to this role is the ability to prioritise well and work proactively across your caseload.
Supported through a technical development framework, you will have the opportunity to develop your claims portfolio across a range of complexity, value, disciplines and jurisdictions. You will also coach, develop and support other members of the multi-disciplinary team as part of your role.
