Job Description
Plan, organize and coordinate the payroll process for assigned office locations in multiple states. Processing semi-monthly and monthly payroll Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, garnishments, taxable benefits, etc.

Audit and monitor time-keeping records. Participation in the implementation and/or upgrades of systems associated with core responsibilities. Assist senior accountants with researching month-end payroll discrepancies Maintaining accurate records and files.

Perform a variety of responsible office support work such as reporting in Excel. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Experience using ADP payroll software.

Skill in both verbal and written communication. Ability to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines. Problem analysis and resolution skills.

Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
